Information we collect

When you contact Gleam & Glow, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service required, location or area, property details and enquiry message. If work is completed, we may also keep a client record, service history, notes and the date a recurring service is next due.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and discuss service arrangements, maintain client and job records, provide customer support and manage agreed recurring-service reminders. We do not use enquiry form contents for analytics.

Service reminders

If a recurring service is recorded, we may email a reminder as its next due date approaches. A reminder is not a confirmed booking. You can ask us to stop reminders or update your contact details at any time by emailing info@gleamandglow.co.ke.

Reviews

Reviews submitted through the website are held for moderation before publication. If approved, the display name, rating and review text you submitted may appear publicly. Please do not include private contact information in a review.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate this website and its back office, including Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services and Zoho Mail for transactional email. Their systems may process or store information in locations outside Kenya depending on their infrastructure.

Analytics choices

Optional website analytics loads only after you allow it. Analytics is used to understand page visits and actions such as enquiry, telephone and WhatsApp clicks. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or enquiry messages as analytics event data.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, ongoing service records, security, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements. Access to the operations workspace is restricted to authenticated administrators, and the website uses technical controls intended to reduce unauthorised access and automated abuse.

Your requests

To ask about personal information held by Gleam & Glow, request a correction or deletion, stop reminders, or raise a privacy concern, contact info@gleamandglow.co.ke. We may need to verify the request before changing a record.

We may update this notice when the website, our service processes or the providers supporting them change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
